# WaitGate

> WaitGate is queue and waiting room management software for service businesses. Guests join by QR code or link and follow a private live ticket in their browser, without creating an account or installing an app.

WaitGate supports simple waitlists and service tracking across locations, queues and service points. Staff use a shared live board; guests can use web chat and optional browser turn alerts. Paired waiting displays show ticket numbers instead of guest names. Browser alerts depend on browser support and permission.

Free and Pro plans are available. Pro adds custom guest forms, measured service analytics and authorised business exports. Consult the current pricing and help pages for prices and allowances. WaitGate is operated by Mad Over Technology. Contact: hello@waitgate.com.
