Can I use WaitGate for free?
Yes, of course! You can waitlist up to 100 guest parties each month on the free plan.
What if I exceed my Free or paid plan limits?
You'll still be able to access your waitlist, and even add additional guests to the waitlist, however the text message features will be disabled until the next month, unless you upgrade of course.
Do you offer contracts for enterprise customers?
Yes we do. Email us at hello@madovertech.io and we'll get the ball rolling.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the app stores. You can cancel anytime by visiting your device's subscription settings:
iOS: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
Android: Google Play Store → Subscriptions
What happens if I upgrade / downgrade mid-period?
Our system will prorate the balance automatically and apply any difference to the next month.
