WaitGate is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform. No human-driven services are involved in the delivery of our service.

1. Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase to be eligible.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation prevents future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

Refunds are only available for the initial purchase within the 14-day window.

Refunds are processed through Paddle to your original payment method.

Processing may take 3–10 business days depending on your bank.

Include your order ID and reason for refund.
